I know I am about 7-8 blogs behind. The packing and preparing for the move from Seattle to New Orleans, while maintaining my full time job has filled most of my waking hours.
With that said, I am going to try to get behind by 3-4 more :-) Hopefully with my job transitioning to a telecommute option, I will have plenty of time to catch up - especially since I have the Pinehurst trip scheduled in a few weeks and the Bandon Dunes trip in a month. Whew!
On my drive, I will be passing through Arizona and New Mexico. Since several courses are along the way, and I am not exactly sure how long it will take to drive between each segment of my trip, I am going to try to get last minute tee times at the following:
#31 (public) - Paa-Ko Ridge GC
#41 (public) - We-Ko-Pa GC (Saguaro Course)
#45 (public) - We-Ko-Pa GC (Cholla Course)
I have never played golf in either Arizona or New Mexico so looking forward to the experience! I wouldn't mind adding a private course or two in California each morning of my drive. Unfortunately, I haven't heard back from any letters I had written to the nine or so courses. Oh well. Should still be a very fun trip!
