September 16 - #47 (World)/#50 (U.S.) Garden City Country Club
September 17 - #21 (World)/#13 (U.S.) Winged Foot GC (West)
September 17 - #73 (World)/#39 (U.S.) Quaker Ridge GC
September 18 - #50 (U.S.) Plainfield CC
Still pending is the east course at Winged Foot and both the Upper and Lower courses at Baltusrol GC.
